About me

I have grown up bilingually (German/English) and am therefore an expert for translating, editing and coaching. After I graduated (gaining an M.A. in English, Spanish and Information Science at the universities in Regensburg and Granada, Spain), I worked as a translator, editor and teacher for several years.

In 2008 I joined to the well-known management consultancy McKinsey & Company, where I spent 12 years as a copy editor. I was responsible for the final editing of English and German presentations as well as text and print documents.

In 2016 I founded british.correct, and in 2022 I joined a software company as a part-time Technical Editor, adding more technical know-how to my experience. Since 2016, I have been translating exciting articles for my clients, holding training sessions and editing various texts – in German and English (UK and US). I simply love working with languages and all sorts of texts!
